Sure, everyone already has font management.<\/p>

Either all fonts of all customers and all projects are simply in the system or you have a font management program.<\/p>

Or you can reinvent the wheel with every project!<\/p>

With the script \u201cInstall Fonts\u201d you can create order in your projects!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t

Often you will find this situation in files<\/h2>

You have created a folder for each of your customers<\/b>\u00a0that contains all the customer’s fonts<\/b>.\u00a0Or, if that’s too many fonts, you have individual folders for the projects which <\/b>contain the fonts. Nice and neatly sorted.<\/span><\/p>

Then you get a file from one of your customers. You open it and, of course, all the client’s fonts are missing \u2013 no font is active in the system.<\/span><\/p>

No problem!<\/b> Work with the \u201cInstall Font\u201d script and activate all the fonts you need for the InDesign file! Whew, that was fast!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

If you have selected a \u201cFontlist\u201d of a customer or project, you can see the fonts it contains in the lower part of the window.<\/span><\/p>\n

The fonts in the Document fonts<\/span> folder are only honored by InDesign when the file is opened. Therefore, the script suggests closing the file and opening it again. If it has been changed, the script will tell you that it must be saved.<\/p>
